An international American Lawyer Global 100 law firm headquartered in Washington, DC seeks a Patent Agent to join their Patent Prosecution and Counseling group in either their DC or NYC office.
Desired Experience :
- Three or more years of experience in patent prosecution (including drafting patent applications and responding to office actions with the USPTO);
- Background in electrical engineering , computer engineering , or computer science ;
Candidates with prior patent examiner experience with the USPTO are also highly preferred.
