Responsibilities:
As a Data Analyst at VPI Compounding Pharmacy, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Performance Metrics Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and interpret performance metrics, providing insights that contribute to strategic decision-making.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Help develop, monitor, and report on KPIs related to various aspects of the business, including purchasing, operations, and customer satisfaction.
Inventory Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of inventory data to optimize stock levels, reduce wastage, and ensure timely availability of pharmaceutical products.
Data Cleansing and Validation: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data cleansing and validation processes.
Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive spreadsheet dashboards to visualize key metrics, making complex data accessible and actionable for stakeholders.
Trend Analysis: Identify trends and patterns within the data, providing proactive recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Proficient in data analysis tools and languages
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
