Lead/Senior BI Analyst Fort Worth, TX (hybrid in office & remote) Summary United Auto Credit, a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Vroom, is seeking a Lead/Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst who will be responsible for leading the company's BI platform related initiatives. Responsibilities Lead and act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all BI Solutions, Implementation, Development, and Requirements Design, Develop, Implement Data warehouse, Datamarts and other projects of complexity surrounding the company's data model Experienced in performance tuning, redesign and architecture of BI data. Design, create and implement ETL Solutions necessary for data visualization Coordinate with different teams IT/Business as you will need to request data, gather requirements from individual BA’s for different departments Display knowledge and expertise in all visual Dashboards, Cards, analytics creation and implementation using BI platforms Act as SME leader in the department, mentor junior employees, and take ownership in planning the execution of projects and initiatives Discover and implement processes to streamline business operations Plan and document BI requirements and policies and standards Design, Develop, Implement SSIS Packages and other ETL Tools operations Maintain data integrity and security (manage roles and permissions of database users) Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications 5 years experience with Business Intelligence Design and Development 5 years experience in Domo/Looker/Tableau 5 years experience in data analysis, data warehousing, data modeling and visualization and visual analytics 5 years experience in creating analytical dashboards, reports and card 5 years experience in SQL Server Database Design and development 5 years experience in ETL Development and implementation Extensive experience in TSQL/SQL Development Extensive experience with SSIS, Informatica and creating ETL processes. Advanced experience with performance monitoring, tuning and optimization of BI and Analytics projects Sound knowledge of RDBMS concepts, database architecture Experience with Cloud (Azure, AWS, etc.) and non-relational databases is not required but preferred Excellent oral and written communications skills Ability to multitask, manage and meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision Ability to perform complex analysis and complete tasks successfully in a timely manner Supervisory Responsibility Lead team of data analysts.
