About the Job
We’re looking for an intelligent, hard-working, organized individual to lead our growing project management team. In this position you’ll be responsible for managing a team of Project Managers, Project Coordinators and core company development projects. The candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to work well with team members across all levels.

This is a hybrid role. As such, you’re required to have a dedicated workspace at home or be in the office 5 days a week.
General Responsibilities
- Project Coordination. Identify relevant stakeholders, define requirements, identify risks, define necessary resources/tools, create individual tasks for specific needs, and schedule milestones.
- Staff Management. Hiring, training, general management and supervision of direct reports. This also includes stepping in when necessary to assist / correct-course on a direct reports project.
- Procedures & Processes. Working with Leadership & Project Managers to define the best procedures and processes for project management within the company.
- Documentation. Ensuring all said procedures and processes are well documented and up to date.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 3 years of specialized experience managing multi-departmental projects in a fast paced software/web development environment as a Project Manager
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience with software/web development, i.e. front end, full stack, php, video systems dev experience (preferred)
- Experience translating technical communication from development/engineering teams to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficient with G-Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.)
- Bachelor's preferred (not required)
- PM Degree or Certification preferred (CAPM, PMP, etc. not required)
- Experience with ClickUp a plus
- Ability to apply independent judgment and critical thinking to effect successful project outcomes
- 2 years people management
