HRIS Analyst

Under moderate supervision, this position will be responsible for providing HRIS support with the main focus on Workday. Must be able to work seamlessly with the entire HR Department to support the HRIS function; which in turn supports strategic objectives. Main point of contact for all Workday support to both internal and external customers to ensure HR processes are completed, and report system issues Responsible for the creation and distribution of recurring reports and interfaces. Identify and troubleshoot when errors occur Performs required system testing to ensure systems are functioning properly according to specification and end-user requirements Manage and coordinate the Release Management process and Backlog items Perform recurring administration to ensure Workday user accounts are updated per system guidelines Ensure documentation is kept updated which supports Workday processes Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed within the HR Operations Team. Job Specifications Typically has the following skills or abilities: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience. Two years of experience supporting HR business applications and systems; supporting the Workday system is preferred, integration of payroll and benefit processes a plus Understanding of relational databases; knowledge of the impacts and integration between multiple systems Experience and knowledge extracting data from relational databases as well as spreadsheet applications and manipulation of spreadsheet data Ability to deliver world-class Customer Service Demonstrated strong planning, organization, and time management skills Must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment in a fast-paced and time-sensitive culture; must have the ability to prioritize workload to meet the team’s objectives/timelines Ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment as this role works with confidential information on a regular basis Preferred Skills Paylocity experience Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
