We are looking for an experienced Help Desk Technician who shares our passion for technology and customer service. The Help Desk Technician’s main areas of responsibility are to troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support to our customers, all while providing excellent customer service.
This is a hybrid-remote position based out of Manchester, NH. Candidates must reside in the Manchester area and be readily available to provide onsite support to our clients as well as commute to our future office location.
Qualified candidates will have 2-3 years of experience working in a help desk support role. Preference will be given to candidates who have prior MSP experience and a proven track record of support of small, medium, and multi-site networks.
Primary areas of responsibility:
- Utilize ConnectWise RMM to perform remote troubleshooting of customer’s hardware, network, application, and procedural issues
- Maintain accurate notes and status of issues in the ConnectWise ticketing system
- Interact with customers, network providers, and vendors daily; opening tickets and performing follow-up with internal/external organizations regarding customer-related issues
- Traveling to customer’s office locations to provide onsite support in the New Hampshire and Southern Vermont areas
Qualified applicants should have 2-3 years of experience with these technologies:
- ConnectWise PSA ticketing software
- IT Glue
- Windows 7 and up – installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Office 365 - multiple applications
- Azure
- VEEAM and Quest
- Remote Desktop Services
- LAN and WAN networking
- Active Directory
