Intelligent Shift is looking for a Financial Operations Lead in the WMA.


Responsibilities

We are looking to grow our team with a Financial Operations Lead. The financial operations lead will sit within client space and provide a wide range of routine to complex financial transactions.  This includes preparing financial documentation, analyzing source documents, reconciling and updating business systems, and ensuring timely execution of funds.  This will also include analysis, collection, obligation and expensing of financial information.   The lead will also serve as the primary POC for clients leadership team to answer questions on workload, prioritized tasks, and schedules.  The lead will be responsible for the communication of actions, overall team workload and assignment, best practices, quality reviews, and maintaining standard operating procedures.  Additionally, the lead will support the clients training program as a briefer and presenter.  


Qualifications

-TS/SCI with Poly requied
-Bachelors Degree
-7 years of experience, note military experience can be substituted for 1 year of experience
-3 years of experience providing financial support in the IC
-Demonstrated experience managing competing priorities
-Knowledge of MS Excel
-Working knowledge of data aggregation tools like SAS or a similar tool.
-Experience with client tools
