What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior System Integration Developer position at VTS3?
We have an excellent contract opportunity for a Senior Systems Integration Developer Consultant in New York City! The Consultant must be a highly motivated Integration Developer with extensive knowledge of Oracle Data Integrator and related technologies. Must have 7 to 10 years of integration experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complex mappings, process flows, and ETL scripts
- Integrate Oracle Data Integration (ODI) with multiple sources/targets
- Perform ODI scripting using Python or Java
- Configuring web services in ODI
- Perform ODI using Spark & Sqoop
- Schedule ODI jobs, the configuration of monitoring and altering mechanisms
- Ability to design data quality and reconciliation framework using ODI
- Troubleshooting ODI and WebLogic server issues
- Develop software code as per specifications, by understanding customer requirements
- Assists in proactive monitoring of OAS environment
- Support client needs by delivering various integrations with third-party application
- Merge, Customize, and Deploy ODI data model as per client business requirements
This is an hourly position with opportunity for overtime.

Mandatory Qualifications: (Please read carefully. They MUST be shown on your resume)
- Must have between 7-10 years of integration developer experience with extensive knowledge of Oracle Data Integrator and related technologies including ODI Developer
- Must be able to go from requirements gathering through conceptual design, technical design, and solution implementation
- Experience with CDC using Golden Gate and ODI
- Must understand on-premise & cloud options for Oracle Data Integration
- Knowledge of ODI Master and work repository
- Experience using ODI mapping, error handling, automation using ODI, Lan Plans, Migration of Objects
- Expertise in developing Loan Plans, Scheduling Jobs
- Experience in Oracle ODI toolset and Error Recycling / Management using Oracle PL/SQL and ODI
- Load data from Oracle DB & Files using ODI into Oracle database
- Experience with Load Balancing & High Availability in ODI
- Expertise in configuration, setup, and deploying applications in WebLogic server
- Strong knowledge of WebLogic to configure clustering
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud is a plus
