ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Acts as marketing liaison to senior executives and key managers within the company to provide marketing support for various projects benefiting the company. • Coordinates production of marketing projects with outside vendors and contractors. • Oversee development of new marketing materials. • Tactically works on various marketing projects with multiple vendors, contractors, teams and multiple business units. • Communicates marketing projects thoroughly and successfully to team members, internal clients, and vendors through written and oral communication anticipating concerns and appropriately sourcing support where needed to complete projects on-time. • Assists in managing company stores for associates. • Coordinates trade events, sales and recruiting events, contests, and webinars nationwide. • Creates/maintains marketing presentations. • Organizes the preparation of proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and reports. • Prepare status reports on marketing efforts. • Performs other administrative duties. • Perform other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES:
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. • Proficiency in Photoshop and/or Adobe suite. • Familiarity with CRM or similar projects. • Highly organized, detail oriented and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast paced corporate marketing environment supporting various business channels. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to adapt to last minute changing project requirements. • Ability to maintain poise and grace under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Self-motivated, proactive marketing professional capable of working independently and as part of a team. • Versatile/flexible with the ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as needed. • Excellent communication skills and be comfortable presenting ideas and making recommendations. • Travel may be required occasionally.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSES:
