Job Summary/Objective
This position has responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the Order Entry operations. Included in this position is the setting of the department’s job objectives as well as setting specific, measurable, action oriented, realistic and timely goals. The principal responsibilities include designing, implementing and managing MedVantx Order Entry operation, manage workflow between queues, provide internal support, be a Subject Matter Expert, and manage a team of Order Entry Technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop, and implement a quality improvement program for the OE Team
- Develop spreadsheets to analyze statistical data to ensure company goals related to the Medvantx program goals are being met
- Report daily, weekly and monthly results related to volume trends, customer date, historical data, etc.
- Promote and develop process enhancements and solutions to maximize department efficiencies
- Develop and manage staffing model to appropriate FTE levels for the OE staffing model
- Schedule and conduct weekly and monthly meeting agendas
- Manage and provide support for OE operations including, but not limited to:
- Data Entry
- Enrollment analysis
- Workflow management
- Demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and discretion in dealing with both internal and external customers
- Promotes goodwill encouraged good business practices
- Demonstrates good decision making skills and problem solving techniques
- Other duties as assigned

- Individuals must possess strong interpersonal communication skills and solid customer service management experience including sales/telemarketing, strategic planning, organizational skills, data reporting and analysis, and a keen eye for detail.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Supervisory Responsibility
- Supervision of 20 Order Entry Associates
- Conduct 1:1’s, team meetings, annual reviews, etc.
- Manage workflow
- Corrective Action/Manage attendance
- Perform quarterly side-by-sides
- Perform quality monitors and coach when needed
- Hold yourself and others to the highest standard set forth by Medvantx
