Job Description:
W.F. Hann & Sons is seeking an energetic Commercial Sales Representative for their Warrensville Heights, OH, location. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player ready to develop and maintain relationships with an assigned client base, including key accounts, ensure their satisfaction with our products and services, and drive and build business.
Competitive base salary and commission. First-year potential earnings could exceed $80,000
This position would be ideal for an organized and detailed-orientated sales rep looking to make a positive impact in an organization experiencing rapid growth.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve sales revenue and gross margin for the commercial HVAC division.
- Identify new targets, grow client base, and cultivate relationships with businesses within assigned territory.
- Create and implement accurate proposals and sales presentations.
- Responsible for scheduling jobs and job orders.
- Ensure great client service from order to delivery and beyond by educating and understanding client needs.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial sales or HVAC
- Successful sales experience within the local region
- Valid driver’s license / clean driving record
