Learn more at gore.com/products/industries About the Role: We are looking for a CRM/Tableau Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you will be aligned to our Sales and Service focused work within our overall enterprise CX efforts. Specifically helping to unlock value from our Sales Analytics and insights efforts aligned to our CRM, Salesforce. You will be responsible for helping our divisional business stakeholders build out new use cases and continue to support and improve on our existing solution. This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the United States.* Responsibilities: - Build, manage, and prioritize the Tableau platform backlog based upon business value and technical complexity - Regularly interface with stakeholders and end users, gathering feedback on product iterations and building additional backlog items - Develop technical roadmap, build and leverage global design template. - Fully understand the end-to-end platform so that you can make thoughtful tradeoffs in features and functionality while empathizing with the realities of the IT data engineering team - Represent the tableau platform to internal audit and compliance teams, ensuring a focus on security and adherence to all relevant regulatory policies - Speak with internal customers and key stakeholders about how they can achieve success through self-service analytics via Tableau and enablement practices. - Work with analytics leadership across Gore to promote the value of distributed data engineering on a shared tableau platform - Participate in testing, implementation, and escalation support of critical systems and deployed solutions - Work with external vendors to service, augment, and support the data platform. - Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related combination of education and experience - Minimum of 5 years of product, project, or program management or minimum of 5 years of experience managing BI, analytics, or data warehousing teams utilizing data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView - Direct or indirect experience with modern data languages and technologies such as R, Python, Snowflake, or data services that are part of Oracle Cloud, AWS, or Azure platforms. You might not know how to integrate various platforms, but you have a working knowledge of the features of each and where they will benefit Gore to advance analytics. - Demonstrated strong coordination skills among internal stakeholders and external vendor team(s), ability to develop and present solutions to complex business situations leveraging recommendations supported through analytics, to work effectively under pressure and within a collaborative team-oriented environment using sound judgment and decision-making and a bility to translate data into digestible storylines and meaningful recommendations - Excellent communication skills both oral and written - Strong project management skills - Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently; tackle ambiguous and complicated problems by breaking them down into digestible chunks; applying a project management lens to ensure the timely completion of all deliverables - Ability to travel up to 20%, as needed Desired Qualifications: - BS Degree in statistics, business administration, finance, economics, or a related field - Tableau desktop specialist certification - Experience with Salesforce platform, Salescloud *Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore’s remote working policies, from the country in which they are employed.
