This entry-level administrative position earns a competitive wage of $16-$18 per hour, depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - RECEPTIONIST

In this entry-level administrative position, you play a vital role in our company. Every day, you arrive at the office ready to tackle a variety of important tasks, including communicating with customers and scheduling services. You easily build rapport with customers, interacting with them via phone calls, emails, texts, and in-person conversations.

When you speak to a customer, your friendly demeanor sets the tone for a positive interaction as you identify and resolve any customer issues. Going the extra mile, you build sustainable relationships and trust with our customers through open communication. You take pride in helping our customers and their families get safely back on the road!

 

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - RECEPTIONIST

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers
