We are seeking an associate who is passionate and wants to be a future partner in a few short years. * This high energy attorney will represent businesses and individuals in wide-ranging litigation and transactional issues. * We seek an individual who is willing to devote the time and energy to achieve his/her goal to become a partner. * Litigation experience is highly preferred, including research, writing, taking depositions, drafting, and responding to discovery, and trial experience. * Must have current working experience in business law. * Discovery and Deposition: 1 year. * Business Litigation: 2 years.
