Boutique law firm seeking a passionate and eager Litigation Attorney for their Boston, MA location. Our sophisticated litigation practice includes handling complex matters, primarily in the fields of construction, general and professional liability, insurance, and commercial law.
· This high energy attorney will represent businesses and individuals in wide-ranging litigation issues.
· We seek an individual who is willing to devote the time and energy to achieve his/her goal and easy to work well with partners.
. MA bar admission is required, CT and/or RI is a plus.
· Have experience independently handling their own caseload under the supervision of one or more partners.
· Must have current working experience in insurance, commercial and construction law.
· Must have at least 4 years of litigation experience.
· Settling cases at mediations, taking, and defending depositions.
· This position is currently hybrid 3 days/ week in office required.
