Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage employees and lead day-to-day operations.
- Recruit and interview new employees.
- Identify training needs and opportunities; develop and implement plans for meeting those needs.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated with branch staff; provide guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals and objectives.
- Oversee the branch budget and act as a good steward regarding all financial decisions.
- Create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs.
- Assist with customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction by addressing customer issues and concerns promptly.
- Review service area and identify new market opportunities.
- Work to grow local business and customer acquisition.
- Participate in community activities to promote the organization and to build goodwill.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3 years of management experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (not required).
- Time management skills.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.
