- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor nursing personnel, facilitating their professional growth and advancement.
- Safety Measures: Implement and oversee safety protocols to uphold a secure environment for both residents and staff.
- Collaborative Partnerships: Foster effective collaboration with other departments and healthcare professionals to optimize resident care outcomes.
- Financial Oversight: Efficiently manage budgetary resources, balancing effective resource utilization with maintaining high care standards.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or committed to obtaining BSN within two years.
- Registered Nurse (R.N.) licensed in the State of New Hampshire.
- Minimum of ten years' nursing experience, including three years in a leadership capacity.
- Preferred experience working with individuals with multiple complexities and chronic health conditions.
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical practice, organizational management, and critical thinking.
- Experience in pediatrics and/or long-term care is advantageous.
