General Manager

We are hiring for a General Manager for our Hayward, CA branch.

The General Manager will be responsible for driving profitability and growth.

This role requires a leader with exceptional relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a visionary approach. The General Manager will oversee all business activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, safety, efficiency, and profitability. This individual will lead with integrity and foster a cooperative and progressive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and expand the branch operations, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
• Develop and implement plans to improve profitability, productivity, and service quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Drive sales growth through proactive business development efforts and strategic sales initiatives.
• Oversee operational activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to meet or exceed branch objectives.

• Proven experience in sales with a track record of success in achieving growth targets.
• Strong operational management experience, preferably in a service-based industry.
• Experience in the moving or logistics industry is a plus.
• Ability to think strategically and develop long-term business plans.
