Paralegal

We are a multi-state law firm focusing on civil rights defense cases, complex personal injury litigation, and representing victims of sexual assault.

We are seeking a paralegal for our Civil Litigation division. This individual would be working with senior attorneys on interesting, complex, and high-profile cases on both the state and federal levels. Responsibilities include all matters associated with engaging in written discovery, client relations, drafting legal briefs/pleadings, and assisting during trials. Applicants should be comfortable working with law enforcement and possess an interest in constitutional law.

The ideal candidate would have between 3-10 years of litigation experience, familiarity with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and excellent research and writing skills. The most important things we are looking for in a candidate are a strong work ethic, a willingness to take the initiative, and a desire to help those in need.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
