- Manage day-to-day operations of the construction site to optimize productivity and quality and ensure adherence to schedule and budget.
- Compliance with company and project safety requirements and promotion of a safe work environment for our employees
- Communication with general contractors and attend jobsite meetings
- Monitoring of materials to maximize cost control and ensure availability.
- Manage all aspects of job from start to finish.
- Experience in commercial construction at a Superintendent level
- Ability to read blueprints
- Strong communication skills
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent time management skills
