The Company is a leader in dry particle processing equipment, specializing in the supply of ball mills, UFG-mills, and air classifiers to the global industrial minerals sector. Located in Sylacauga, Alabama, the company was founded by Chris Martin in 1992. With over 150 installations on four continents, the company has established itself as a reliable and trusted provider in the industry. The company maintains a 3000m2 pilot plant for product testing, new product development, and toll processing.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a VP of Sales & Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all sales and marketing activities within the company. This includes developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans, managing key accounts, conducting sales operations, leading the sales team, and driving business development efforts. As the VP of Sales & Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expansion. There is a future equity position for the right candidate,

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience with air classifiers, dry milling equipment, or related machinery is required.

  • Sales, Account Management, and Sales Operations skills
  • Sales Management and Business Development skills
  • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Experience in the dry particle processing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
