Responsibilities:
- Oversee store daily operations
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Train and onboard new employees
- Hire and fire employees (unless there is a district manager)
- Support and assist employees with daily operations
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including handling the cash register
- Order items needed for daily operations
- Conduct inventory management
- Support employees in cashier and cook roles
- Maintain proper employee paperwork
- Report incidents to District Manager/Owner, such as equipment failure or store incidents
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role in the Food & Beverage industry
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends
- High school degree or equivalent
