- Manage inside sales personnel, warehouse employees and fabrication shop.
- Responsible for parts sales at location, shop part requirements and fabricated part requirements.
- Support, assists and reviews status of order with customers.
- Monitors shipments of parts with transportation companies for intercompany and customers.
- Reviews, processes and follows-up on all service parts.
- Evaluates the quality of parts ordered for inventory.
- Assists with emergency or high priority parts requests as well as fulfillment of back orders.
- Serves as a backup for the computer entry of orders, preparation of invoices and related administrative tasks.

- Associate Degree in business administration or a related field, or a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration is preferred.
- Five years of increasingly responsible customer service, materials planning or inventory management experience, preferably in a service environment.
- Related education and experience may also be considered in lieu of other requirements.
