High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Other: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Demonstrated ability to manage projects. Strong problem solving skills.
