What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Staff position at Wackos Bar and Grill?
Local Bar and grill/ Gentlemas Club open from 11:00 am to 2:00 am.
Job duties include but not limited to:
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- follow executive chef’s instructions
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- completing daily checklist on downtime
- Requirements and skills:
- Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Chef, Restaurant Cook, or Prep Cook
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Knife skills
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Driver's license and reliable transportation

- Weekend shifts available, night shifts available, day shifts available.

- Reliable and will show up to scheduled shift ON TIME!
