DIGITAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

We are looking for a dynamic, intelligent, hardworking individual to join our digital team in an administrative role. This individual would be a full-time digital media coordinator with knowledge and experience in digital media with a focus on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. This team member will support both our digital, accounting, and media buying departments with numerous tasks.
This position involves working collaboratively with all internal and external business clients and partners.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The digital media coordinator will provide support for the Wahl Media digital department, which will include some buying and accounting tasks, research, and compiling data for analysis. This position requires education and experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and digital marketing in general. The individual chosen would report directly to the Director of Digital Media and work closely with the Wahl Media digital team, accounting staff and conventional media buying team.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
1. Assist in weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recaps for our clients through our customized monthly reports and dashboards.
2. Monitor digital account notifications, budgets, and performance daily
3. Data entry of digital campaigns into our billing system and flowcharts for digital clients, including reconciliation and updates monthly.
4. Work with media buying team in assisting with monthly reporting and verifying order confirmations.
5. Mange various levels of administrative duties upon request.
6. Possess the ability to problem solve when presented with new, unfamiliar tasks and objectives without close supervision.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
· Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience working in digital marketing in a similar role – agency experience preferred.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google’s suite of products, and CRM/Billing systems
· Knowledge of Google’s Ads Platform, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center (Shopping), and Google Data Studio. Certifications in one or more of these areas is preferred.
· Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members virtually
· Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines
· Excellent communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
