As a Technician III, Facilities Maintenance for Exterior Services, you will be responsible for conducting minor preventive maintenance repairs for exterior maintenance including, but not limited to roofing, canopies, walls, windows, sidewalks, parking lots, parking garages, bike trails, walking paths, signage, outdoor furniture etc.

You will also be responsible for all outdoor hardscape areas addressing the removal of debris, fluid spills etc. as well as operating snow removal equipment during the winter and Exterior events in the summer.

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 6am to 2 : 30pm with flexibility.

You'll make an impact by

Maintaining and repairing areas and equipment.

Moving, setting up, or taking down tables, chairs, and furniture for work orders and special events.

Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and safety measures.

You'll sweep us off our feet if

You have strong communication skills.

You have a CDL - A License.

You have equipment operating knowledge i.e. forklift. Skid steer, scissor lift, excavator, boom lift etc.

Required Qualifications

Basic computer knowledge and able to enter, edit and update workorder information into our ticketing system.

Must have driven a commercial vehicle for a minimum of 1 year within the last 3 years.

Able to work in inclement weather, both hot and cold.

Ability to work at heights.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00-$40.00*

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
