Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives by solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other warm lead sources provided by the agency
- Follow proven sales process to maximize new business conversion rate
- Daily activities will include contacting prospects, quoting new business, following up with recently quoted prospects, closing new business and making sure new accounts are set up properly
- Build relationships with prospects and ask each customer for referrals
- Maintain knowledge of new products by participating in ongoing education programs offered by the agency

- Must currently hold or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license
- Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Great self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection
- Have the ability to answer prospective client's questions efficiently and effectively
Salary : $45,000 - $75,000
