Job Responsibilities:
- Develops program capabilities based on business strategy and sought after customer experience. Responsible for identifying ways to improve the development, implementation, and operation of new programs and services based on observation, feedback and trends.
- Supports efforts to ensure consistency across programs and services.
- Manages asset refresh programs and the lifecycle management of the program assets.
- Ensure assets meet the needs and capabilities for the business strategy. Understand and identify gaps in capabilities affecting the end users experience. Ensure alignment and implementation of capabilities with business strategy.
- Manages the experience of program assets including but not limited to monitors, speakers, printers, projectors, and microphones.
- Manage scope, budget, and timeline for new program asset installs, while working collaboratively with the project team. Order and track equipment purchases for timely project delivery.
- Responsible for setting up or coordinating the set up, install, operation, testing, and troubleshooting of new program assets. Performs inventory management on program assets, consistently meeting service level agreements (SLA).
- Promptly and professionally communicates with vendors and customers via email, mail, and phone to service program assets, in response to program questions, leadership, and internal departments.
- Works closely and collaboratively with inter and cross departmentally to meet project goals and to ensure consistency and best practice sharing. Services customers, assets, and program or project needs across multiple Support Center locations.
- Proactively test and maintain program assets in meeting spaces, including but not limited to equipment maintenance, cleaning, and cable management. Performs Tier I and Tier II level support for program assets (projectors, microphones, and printers), managing the ticket through the ticket life cycle. Manage and facilitate any third party asset repairs.
- Update and post signage to digital display boards.
- Assist starting equipment for large meetings and Executive meetings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least 1 year of experience in an AV engineering role OR High School/GED and at least 4 years of experience in an AV engineering role.
- Experience in audio visual technology infrastructure and networking to connect computers, projectors, and other equipment in order to provide consultation and troubleshooting.
- Experience successfully installing and troubleshooting program assets, including microphone receivers and transmitters, printers, projectors, and monitors (for example: restarting, assessing network connectivity, updating OS).
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing/inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).
