Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial patient assessments and progress reports to determine physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement physical therapy techniques, exercises, and modalities to enhance patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall physical function.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, while providing ongoing support and education to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the practice to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Contribute to the overall growth and development of the practice through participation in team meetings, professional development, and community outreach initiatives.
Requirements:
- Valid and current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. Strong knowledge and proficiency in evidence-based physical therapy techniques, modalities, and treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and a diverse healthcare team.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate patient documentation and records management.
