The Internet Sales Coordinator is responsible and accountable for lead & customer development in the sales department, handling all incoming phone calls and internet leads, setting appointments as well as confirming them, and performing long-term follow-up.
The Internet Sales Team utilizes the latest technology and customer preferred communication, i.e.
video, social media & text messaging.

Responsibilities :
- Communicate & follow up with all assigned internet & phone leads with first contact via video within required timeframe & maintaining follow up for assigned process length
- Prioritize setting & confirming appointments with all customer interactions
- Maintain accurate & consistent data in our Customer Database
- Develop & utilize online customer communication techniques including Digital Retailing, Online Chat, text, email & phone call
- Have knowledge of the dealership products & services & complete online product training
- Maintain daily, weekly & monthly reports & goals to ensure reaching benchmark standards set in place
- Strong communication skills and an understanding of video, social media & marketing
- Stay current with monthly incentives & specials to provide valuable feedback & answers to prospects through video walk arounds of the vehicle
- Work closely with the sales departments to coordinate appointment activity and follow up
- Follow up with appointment no shows as well all unsold customers (e.g., internet leads, showroom visits, and incoming calls)
- Quote pricing, rates & inventory availability as well as present & demonstrate inventory via video
- Understand & implement dealership sales process
Requirements :
- High school diploma; some college, preferred but not required
- Outgoing personality with strength at developing relationships and sales team members
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- One year of Automotive Internet Sales or Marketing experience preferred
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, DMV and drug test
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Drive to succeed in a self-starting environment
- Strong computer skills / Tech Savvy
- Build value, trust & transparency through video message for every incoming lead
- Strong computer skills / Tech Savvy (social media, video, etc.)
Pay is $12 / hr plus commission.
Work hours : Monday - Friday, with some Saturday work required.
