Sales Associate (Tile and Stone Industry)

Mosaic Companies is seeking a highly motivated and design- driven individual to join our team as a Sales Associate in our luxury Tile Atlanta showroom. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering an unforgettable shopping experience to our affluent clientele. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for Design, excellent communication skills, and have a natural flair for building relationships with customers. This is an entry-level position with ample growth opportunities for individuals looking to develop a career in luxury retail.

What you will do

• Greet and engage with customers (architects, designers, homeowners and builders.) in a friendly and professional manner, establishing a positive rapport and ensuring their needs are met.
• Assist customers in selecting high-end specialty wall, mosaic, and slab, providing personalized styling advice and recommendations based on their preferences and current trends.
• Have full product knowledge to educate customers on applications and best specifications. Pushing specification and following the project all the way from conception to completion.
• Enters orders and processes paperwork following established procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest trends to effectively communicate product knowledge to customers.
• Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment by organizing merchandise and ensuring proper display of products.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner, resolving any issues to the customer's satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and improve selling skills.
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the company's values and promoting a positive image to customers.

Skills we are excited about

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or a degree in any form of design or a related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.
• A passion for design and a keen eye for trends is highly desirable.
