Responsibilities:
- Work directly under a partner of the law firm
- Review and analyze documents provided by clients
- Draft letters, legal notices, and pleadings on behalf of clients
- Provide legal advice to clients regarding landlord-tenant matters
- Potentially appear in court on behalf of clients
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Qualifications:
- Attorney in good standing with the California State Bar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Previous landlord-tenant experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $91,520.00 - $191,981.00 per year
