The HRIS Specialist will play a vital role in the configuration, operation, and optimization of core HR systems that support the employee lifecycle. This would include employee data, payroll, benefits, absence, time tracking, and collaborating with our Applicant Tracking System (recruitment system) Analyst.
This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, testing, changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities and supports system upgrades, testing, and other technical needs. The person in this role also serves as the HRIS subject matter expert to respond to questions from the Human Resources community and support their adoption of these systems.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve as HRIS subject matter expert to business end-users, address user questions and troubleshoot issues
- Participate in the ongoing design, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of HRIS / Payroll system configuration
- Support mass data updates and data clean-up efforts
- Establish collaborative working relationships with global organizational administration partners to ensure accurate, consistent HRIS structure
- Liaise with business end-users to translate business needs into requirements, recommend appropriate configurations, business rules, and process workflows for local HR Systems or Global integrated systems
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 2 years experience using ICIMS as well as Workday platforms
- In-depth experience of maintaining, enhancing, and troubleshooting various HR systems
- Expert knowledge of data structures and reporting functional areas (e.g. within core HRIS data, reporting, compensation, recruiting)
- Working knowledge of payroll and time and attendance systems required
- Proficiency in MS Office software, including SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point and Visio

- Experience and understanding of all components of the employee lifecycle and related processes

Salary : $70,200 - $88,800
