What you'll do...
The Manager, Supply Chain Management Contract Administration position is a key role within the Walmart Transportation Sourcing and Procurement team. This position will support a team of associates and multiple strategic projects to keep Walmart as best-in-class in our Contracting and Administrative processes. This exciting opportunity will play an essential role in developing people and processes for improving administrative efficiencies and will work primarily with Carrier Administration, Contract Management, Detention Resolution Center, New Carrier Onboarding and Sourcing and Procurement. The role is based in Bentonville, AR, and reports to the Carrier Administration Senior Manager.

- Experience in Transportation/Supply Chain processes.
- Analytical Mindset – capable of analyzing information, identifying trends, and solving complex problems.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ensure business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners and key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.
- Ensure final deliverables are actionable and communicated in a way that drives quantifiable business benefit in terms of improved efficiencies or improved decision making.
- You have experience with PowerBI and SQL
