The Overnight Team Lead is responsible for running the overnight stocking team.
Essential functions:
Provides and models customer service by acknowledging the customer; Identifying customer needs; resolving issues and concerns; promoting products and services; maintaining a safe shopping environment; and appropriately representing and supporting the company.
Leads team associates effectively by operating as the manager on duty; prioritizing and delegating daily workloads; ensure area processes are executed effectively; setting clear expectations; provide consistent follow up to verify workload completion; ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; and participating in the hiring, promotion, coaching, training, and evaluation of associates.
Leads and participates in teams by using and sharing resources, information, and tools; determining customer needs and business priorities; coordinating and executing work assignments; providing advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved; and modeling and helping others with how to adapt to change or new challenges.
Influence and Communicate: Gives the information needed to gain support for ideas or plans. Builds trusting relationships and works with others to reach goals.Shares clear priorities and work practices with others. Prepares written work that is accurate and complete. Communicates in a respectful and professional manner.
Overnight Team Leads work four 10 hour shifts per week 9pm-8am
