Personal Online Shopper

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products based on their needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers
- Point-of-Sale:Follows proper procedures to prevent shrink and follows applicable laws and regulations when selling items to Customers. Assists Customers with payment methods, return policies, and location of items when asked. Uses the cash register and completes Customer sales in a timely manner. Reports complaints, shrink issues, and problems with products, services, and work areas
- Order Fulfillment:Assists Customers with fulfillment procedures and programs. Takes, enters, fills, and ships orders for fulfillment Customers in a timely manner. Reports problems and Customer issues with fulfillment services, procedures, and work areas. Uses order fulfillment equipment and supplies in safe and correct ways
- Customer/Member Centered: Serve the Customer/Member:Shows care and concern when serving our customers/members. Asks questions in order to understand customer/member needs. Uses policies and information in order to exceed customer/member expectations. Finds and uses the right resources (people, products, tools, technology) at the right time in order to resolve customer/member requests
- Adaptability: Adapt:Adapts to changing work demands. Stays focused on own work when faced with change or difficulties. Stays open to and learns from assignments and feedback. Learns and adapts to digital systems, strategies, and processes using different digital tools to complete essential job functions
- Order Fulfillment:Assists Customers with fulfillment procedures and programs. Takes, enters, fills, and ships orders for fulfillment Customers in a timely manner. Reports problems and Customer issues with fulfillment services, procedures, and work areas. Uses order fulfillment equipment, such as smart devices and digital applications, and supplies in safe and correct ways

Skills:
- Proficient in phone etiquette to provide excellent customer service over the phone
- Multilingual skills are an advantage for serving diverse customer base
- Knowledge of retail math for accurate pricing and calculations
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Enters and locates information on computer
- Moves up and down a ladder. Moves up and down stairs
- Communicates effectively in person or by using telecommunications equipmen
- Creates documents, reports, etc., using a writing instrument (such as a pencil or pen) or compute
- Grasps, turns, and manipulates objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- Visually verifies information, often in small print
- Reads information, often in small print
- Visually locates merchandise and other object
- Safely operates large power equipment
- Reaches overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Moves, lifts, carries, and places merchandise and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
