As a Project Lead in our regional retail stores, you will:
- Leads a team of managerial professionals as well as hourly associates
- Manages the implementation of project plans by identifying plan requirements
- Collaborates and communicates with other stakeholders about project obstacles, timelines and alignment with corporate strategies
- Directs associates in the execution of project plans
- Ensures all project requirements are met
- Demonstrates and applies up-to-date expertise to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices
- Coordinates completes and overseas job related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Supports plans and initiatives to meet costumers and business needs
- Identifies and communicates goals and objectives
- Builds accountability for an measuring progress in achieving results
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans
What are the essential functions of the Project Lead:
- Be customer/member centered
- Use appropriate judgment - identify, review, and apply policies and procedures to make informed judgments
- Manage executions and results of project plans
- Plan and carry out team-based improvements
- Promote ideas and linked them to business needs and benefits
- Manage ethics and compliance's
- Demonstrate creativity and strength in the face of change, obstacles, and adversity.
- Provide specific, honest, accurate, and timely feedback on associate's performance
- Work any shift (including up to or over 11 hours a day) and be on call throughout the day and night
- Willingness to perform high travel as well as overnight stays
Project Lead Position Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent OR Bachelor's degree in leadership or management
- 3 years experience in project management (required)
- Leadership skills (required)
- Experience supporting a team with HR related administrative tasks (required)
- MVR (Motor Vehicle Record), background check, and drug screen needed
- PMP Certification
