Job Summary:
As a Supervisor, Cybersecurity, you are responsible for supervising IT cybersecurity team members in the development, implementation, and maintenance of standards and systems that will ensure secure information systems and data. This includes but is not limited to strategic planning, organizing, and execution of desktop, mobile, and network security, troubleshooting network access and implementing network security policies and procedures at our organization.
Essential Functions:
- Conducts disaster recovery and cyberattack preparation and training.
- Overseeing the Installation, administering, and troubleshooting of network security solutions.
- Coordination of updating software with the latest security patches and ensuring the proper defenses are present for each network resource.
- Performing vulnerability and penetration tests, identifying, and defending against threats, and developing disaster recovery plans.
- Configuring security systems, analyzing security requirements, and recommending improvements.
- Monitoring network traffic for suspicious behavior.
- Creating network policies and authorization roles and defending against unauthorized access, modifications, and destruction.
- Consulting with staff, managers, and executives about the best security practices and providing technical advice.
- Configuring and supporting security tools, such as firewalls and anti-virus software.
- Training staff to understand and use security protocols.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field and a minimum of two years experience in Cybersecurity or a related function OR
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field and four years experience in Cybersecurity or a related function
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows based databases.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
