The Processing Center Associate is a role within the Global HR Operations Organization. The Processing Center Associate will work in an inbound and outbound call center environment. As a Processing Center Associate, you will partnered with Casting and other Global HR Operation partners to ensure accurate hiring of new hires and returning Cast Members. The Processing Center Associate will update pre-employment Vaccination, no shows and reschedules for post offer appointments and processing indexing of records.
The starting pay rate for this role is $17.90/hour

Basic Qualifications :
- Written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
- Maintain Guest confidentiality
- Computer and technical proficiency within a Microsoft Office environment
- Navigate between multiple and concurrent computer applications
- Flexibility to work on-site traveling between multiple facilities and remotely
- Flexible with work schedule, including overtime, weekends and holiday
- Passion and knowledge of The Walt Disney World Resort and The Disneyland Resort
