CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
Walter E. Nelson Company, the NW largest family owned Janitorial, Paper, & Chemical Supplier, is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team
Duties & Responsibilities:
- This position would entail managing a team of Customer Service Representatives processing orders.
- Working with the Warehouse and Transportation Manager to facilitate order fulfilment.
- Working with Sales pertaining to price management.
- Maintain lines of communication with sales team about back orders, pricing, customer complaints.
- Communicated customer contacts with contracts dept.
- Inputs new accounts in the system
- Works directly with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications desired:
- Degree from a 4-year college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience managing employees and C/S related management duties

Pay: $70,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
