Our Coordination and Administration Team is spread out across Australia and are highly collaborative and will support the new Farm Office Coordinator. This job can be done on a part-time or full-time basis. Your hours can be spread out over the week if you need to. You will report directly to the Farm Manager, who brings a structured and analytical approach to his work, prioritizes team building, and supports our culture of passion and collaboration.
Job Description
What does a Farm Office Coordinator at Warakirri Cropping do?
- You will be responsible for the safety system administration
- You will support with the casual staff and contractor onboarding and inductions
- Engaging and coordinating contractors for repair and maintenance works and liaising with external real estate inspectors
- Invoice processing and Accounts Payable
- Data entry into the farm management and finance systems
- Any other administration tasks to help meet month-end reporting requirements
- Pending your interest and skills, occasional assistance with shifting or operating machinery may be part of the job

- If interested in Machinery Operating, some experience is preferred, however not necessary
