Summary Description
The Team Member Relations Specialist is responsible for leading team member experience initiatives. Serve as a direct contact for team members on engagement matters, surveys, conflict resolution, conducting interviews and meeting regularly with team members and management in the organization. The position formulates partnerships across the organization to deliver value-added service to management and team members that reflect the business objectives of the organization and work with the engagement team to assist in team member engagement efforts.

Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC.Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
