POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the primary point of contact for customers and provides essential customer service support in four key areas: Purchase Order (PO) coordination, Communication of the production schedule, New Product Development (coordinate onboarding of new products into production), and general Customer Support (i.e. helps Shipping Clerk and Accounting with customer questions related to shipping and invoicing) to deliver a world-class customer experience which will lead to long-term customer retention and increased sales. This position reports to the Director of Customer Service.
