Maintenance Tradeworker

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities and equipment. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or malfunctions
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical repairs
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment and systems
- Weld and fabricate components as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair work
- Proficiency in stick welding techniques
- Technical sales experience is a plus
- Knowledge of high voltage systems is preferred
- Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and hydraulics
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills
