Our Expectations
- Start everyday on time, ready to work with heart, body and mind in the right place for a successful day
- Review jobs with field manager, load job and be on the road 30 minutes from start at the warehouse
- Arrive on worksite looking like a pro, meet the homeowner and conduct walk through to review job expectations prior to starting work
- Run a disciplined, safe, clean and efficient job site keeping you and your assistant(s) protected from fall, glass, electrical, chemical and other jobsite hazards
- Stay in sync with homeowner throughout the install delivering an excellent product along with excellent homeowner experience
- Lead your assistants and be a mentor growing their skills and building the next generation on craftsman installers
- Educate homeowner on their new products and conduct completion paperwork after successful completion of jobs
- Daily communication with field manager and office support on job progress, challenges or issues so we can react as a team
- Be an overall positive leader living our values and successfully executing the mission
- Protect the customer, protect the company and protect your follow team members
Minimum Skills
- Job site prep including safety setting up ladders, planks and scaffolding
- Advanced knowledge of applicable power tool usage, maintenance and safety procedures including Power nailer, table saw, circular saw, reciprocating saw, chop saw
- Retrofit vinyl and composite window installations including deglaze & collapse, liner cutback, nail fin & stucco fin
- Retrofit interior and exterior swinging door and hardware installation
- Retrofit liner and casing installation
- Advanced knowledge of caulking techniques
- Excellent customer/team communication skills
- Basic computer, phone and paperwork skills
Advanced Skills and Certifications
- Bay/Bow/Garden window retrofit installation
- Retrofit wood window installations
- Advanced carpentry skills including create openings, headers, sheetrock, and siding
- Critical measures and window service experience
- Lead Certification
- AMA Certification
Physical Requirements:
- 75% or more of day spent standing, walking, crawling, crouching, stooping, kneeling, lifting and operating tools.
- Ability to lift 75-100 or more pounds multiple times a day.
- Comfortable working in extreme environmental conditions including but not limited to: Wet and humid weather, extreme cold and heat. Working consistently with power tools, working on a ladder and/or roof, working around electrical power tools, working around particles and fumes. Proper PPE worn at all times.
The Juice
- Hourly rates ($22 - $35) based on easy to follow career path & Overtime

Signing Bonus: Amount will be determined based on experience. Will be paid in three equal installments. First upon hire, second at 6 months and third at 1 year.
