Marketing Coordinator
Washington Pavilion Management, Inc seeks a full time Marketing Coordinator to support a wide variety of Marketing projects and programs, including planning, implementation, execution and tracking. The Marketing Coordinator will be full-time (40 hours per week) and a critical team member for the smooth operation and success of the department. The Marketing Coordinator will primarily work during our department’s operating hours (8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., Mon–Fri) and occasional weekends or evenings to support special events.
What you will do!
- Undertake a wide variety of Marketing projects, programs and campaigns across numerous business offerings.
- Design graphics for special events, exhibitions and performances.
- Update and edit website landing pages.
- Create eblasts, social media posts and other digital marketing assets.
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update project schedule grids, calendars, reports and other trackers.
- Print, collate and sort collateral and support direct mailing projects.
- Assist during photo and video shoots.
- Support print production, finishing and trim work.
- Install posters, signs and wall graphics.
- Support graphic design projects through resizing, editing and making revisions.
What you need - qualifications!
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, graphic design or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoShop
- Proficient using Microsoft tools including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Social media access required
- Familiar with website content management a plus
