Penn Waste is currently looking for aBroker/Sales Specialists for our South-Central PA market area.
Job Duties:
- Selling brokered commercial waste and recycling removal and disposal services.
- Preparing RFQ's and pricing, calling existing broker customers, and utilizing /owning our Salesforce driven CRM tool, ARES.
- Being the main point of contact for a current book of broker accounts.
- Documenting existing customer concerns and working with other departments to satisfy customer requests for service.
- 80% of this position will be spent in the office doing proposals and pricing, strategic planning, account management and team building.
- 20% of this position will be spent in the territory preforming safety site visits and working with customer to solve site issues.
- Secure Annual Net-Price Increase and Disposal Increases

Qualifications:
- Strong Excel, communication & analytical skills
- Solid Waste industry experience a plus, not required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Reliable transportation
