What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shop Manager - Bronson position at Water Street Coffee?
Water Street Coffee is looking for two Shop Managers for our new Bronson location. This is a full time position.
The Shop Manager participates in leading company initiatives while ensuring optimal store performance levels. They excel at all barista competencies, leading in the shop and on the floor, by example. They will work with a co-shop manager to complete additional responsibilities related to ordering, inventory, troubleshooting, maintenance and staff training.
This fun, fast-paced dynamic position requires a highly organized individual with a strong background in customer service. Attention to detail, good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to self start are necessary. A passion for coffee and a high level of commitment to company culture is required. Scheduling flexibility is required; work responsibilities include some weekend work and on-call responsibilities.
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
