As the Social Media Manager, you will be at the forefront of our brand strategy and social media marketing endeavors. Beyond just posting content, you’ll assist in all marketing endeavors and tasks designed to amplify awareness, increase online visits, and boost ticket sales for our events. Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and embody our brand essence, ensuring all content is aligned with our identity and relevant to our audience.
- Develop and oversee execution of social media strategies across platforms, focusing on audience growth and brand perception.
- Design and uphold a 30-day social media calendar in sync with our Marketing calendar and goals.
- Engage in content creation, collaborating with our photo and video teams.
- Support both online and offline promotional activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring brand uniformity.
- Manage customer and follower interactions across platforms, ensuring timely responses.
- Stay updated with social media trends, always aiming for relevance.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand partners for cross-promotional content.
- Attend events as necessary, offering extensive social media coverage.
- Assist in on-site show setups and other departments as required.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and Digital Marketing Coordinator on various initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding corporate and strategic information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated experience in business-related social media management.
- Proficiency in brand development and consistency across platforms.
- Comprehensive content creation skills, including copywriting, design, and basic video production.
- Ability to interpret social media data and transform it into growth strategies.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
- Exceptional project management capabilities.
- Experience collaborating with influencers and brand partners.
- Resilience in high-pressure environments and flexible work hours.
- Excellent communication and editing skills.
- Ability to effectively target and communicate with consumers via social platforms.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Canva. Experience with the Adobe Suite is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based from Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility required to cover concerts during evenings and weekends.
- Ability to travel throughout Maine
- Ability to work on Holidays as required by our show schedule
